Annals 1.0.1 is out!

Mac brings string fixes and improved font selection (it no longer takes a double click!)

iOS brings a button to return to black/white font/background easier and those same string fixes. Additionally:

• Fix loss of entered text when switching apps.
• Fix a potential data loss issue during sync.
• Fix a crash when syncs occurred when locked after having been unlocked.
